A Long Stitch

Not exactly a cross stitch, but a long stitch.  I stitched this kit a number of years ago after receiving it as a gift from my family for Christmas.  I did enjoy doing it at the time but am not that keen on longstitch still. 

Some Oldies

Over the years I have done a lot of Cross Stitching.  Sometimes I go full speed ahead and sometimes very slow.  Most I have got photos of, but there are some I have unfortunately missed out on getting before I gave them away as presents.

Anyway here are some I have never posted pictures of before.

These first two were a couple of kits I got from my sister'n'law one Christmas.

I had a fascination with chooks at one time and had to stitch this.

Everyone loves Piglet

 This Cherished Teddies was one of my first Cross Stitches I done and was a big momentum for me at the time to finish it.

Candy Shoppe

Here is another item I sent to my partner for the Christmas In July swap I was in this year mentioned in the previous post.

This pattern is call Candy Shoppe and is a Dimensions design.  It was completed on 14 count natural cotton Aida.

I was this year in a Christmas in July swap and this is one of the items I made for my partner.

It is a free design from Lizzie Kate I have used before and you can find it here with some other free designs

Sheep Virtues - Hope

Hope is the first of the Sheep Virtues series, designed by Little House Needleworks, I have started.

It is stitched on 30 Count Dark Chino Linen Fabric which I found hard at first but now have got a lot more use to it. Still to add is the cute little button.

Currently I am slowly working on the second design Love .
